RUN #4: Treadmill easy pace test. I think this was the right call because my hamstring is still mending but I was a little itchy that I couldn't do a race like last year. I think the easy pace fit just about where I was anticipating. I basically wanted something between 6.3mph (9:30 pace) and 6.2mph (9:41 pace). I think the 6.3mph felt aerobically no different than the slightly slower but my legs felt a bit more engaged. Is this too slow or about right?
