RUN #1: Flat run on ATT with second half at marathon pace (8:45 average). Turned around at about 1 hour and ended up with paces of 8:49 8:46, 8:43, 8:47, 8:35, and 8:29 (for an 8:41 avg). Felt pretty good while doing it although hamstring bothered me next day some until I took an epsom salt bath.
