RUN #2: I really like these progression workouts on the treadmill. Started at easy pace for 5:00 then increased 0.1mph ever 2:00. It makes the time go fast. I was conservative with my hamstring but did not feel maxed out. Ended up around 7:43 pace but could have pushed more if I was not wary. Then went to marathon 845 pace for 5:00 before short cool down.
