Running 55:00 [3] 6.2 mi (8:52 / mi)

RUN #2: I really like these progression workouts on the treadmill. Started at easy pace for 5:00 then increased 0.1mph ever 2:00. It makes the time go fast. I was conservative with my hamstring but did not feel maxed out. Ended up around 7:43 pace but could have pushed more if I was not wary. Then went to marathon 845 pace for 5:00 before short cool down.

RUN #1: This run ended up going longer by accident but it was a nice easy trail run.

RUN #3: Medium hard hilly road run around neighborhood. Felt okay but did afterwork so not as ideal.

Tabata workout with lunges and squats and planks and pushups, etc. then finished with yoga routine.
