Running 45:00 [3] 4.1 mi (10:59 / mi)

RUN #4: Easy walk/run on trails. Pretty morning out with the dog and I was taking it gentle because my glutes/legs are SORE from yesterday's hardscaping in the yard. I am so not a traditional solo weekend warrior and come up with some very determined ideas when I should probably be binging on Netflix! Foot was a bit sore today- think I walked around a lot without shoes and that bothers it more than flat cushy ones.

Running 1:25:00 [3] 8.25 mi (10:18 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 19- Blue/Red

RUN #1: Ended up doing my long run AFTER building a retaining wall. Moved 40 20+ lb. blocks so lots of squats and leg work in over 3 hours. Cut the run a little short. Stopped by Umstead 100 as well to see the ongoings there. Warm day for a 100!!

Running 50:00 [3] 5.15 mi (9:43 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 19- Blue/Red

RUN #3: 4 x 5:00 hill cruise intervals. 15:00 W/U and a few flat strides, the workout is 4 x 5:00 @ 9:20/4% with a 2 minute recovery. Cool-down shortened. My legs were a little tired doing this back to back. Had to jump on rails for last 2:00 recovery.

Running 50:00 [3] 5.51 mi (9:04 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 19- Blue/Red

RUN #2: On TM at 0.5% did 3x 5:00 @9:50, 5:00 @8:49, 5:00@8:13 with 5:00C/D. Foot a little sore after but getting better quicker- less residual issues after workout I think.

Running 50:00 [3] 5.05 mi (9:54 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 19- Blue/Red

RUN #2: Did on TM @ 1.5% with 3 repeats of 10:00 @ easy pace (+20s) and 5:00 @ marathon pace (+20s) with 5:00 C/D. Right foot still has stone bruise feeling but good to know this took you a while to get over as well. Such a tricky little ailment.
