Did 30 minutes of a circuit workout since I was at work on a Saturday for 10 hours. BOO!

Note

Had 2 interviews for new jobs and had to get ready for current job hosting a program on Saturday so no workout but lots of walking with the dog. I was zonked by the emotional stress of the day I think.

RUN #1: Did my long run today since working on Saturday. It was warm out but this run felt like good effort. Last half hour sped up. 10:55, 10:02, 10:06, 10:04, 10:09, 10:24, 10:28, 9:56, 10:20, 9:19*, 9:11*, 9:04*.
