Windsor long walk up to Guards Polo and back.
Trying to shake off the flu so went out in the hope to get over it. HR not really getting up, that's not necessarily bad but strange given that I was pushing it a bit (although not 100%). Warm-up/cool down to/from the gates to Windsor Park, but pushing inside. Lots of deer around, especially coming back in the dark (using the headlamp), lots of glowing pairs of eyes looking at me on the road/around it before deciding to trot off once I got too close.
Headwind going up so tailwind coming back down - shows in the pace too.
