100 to 200 going up in 10 × 2 sets. Short quite hight intensity session felt ok apart from a slight pain in my right leg at the start.

Not as good as I thought it would be due to hail storms and extremely windy tors. First section of the course was really congested with people over lapping eachother which ended up making me lose focus at times leading to only minor errors. A long leg across a marsh took us up to the top of a tor where I was practically was walking because of the high winds. Finally I came into the last section where began to hail like crazy. I could not feel the whole of my right arm by the end and struggled to punch the last control.

New PB at the Killerton parkrun. Felt really strong the whole way around but then in the last field lost so much time due to the ground being unbelievably wet. I found myself running side to side on the run in trying to find what little grip was there. Hopefully next time I should be able to build on my time if there are better conditions.

Felt strong on the first section of the course the tiered out half way round loosing a position but managed to regain strength in the last section. Annoyed I didn't keep on running an extra 90m so that I ran a new 5k pb.
