running race (Park Run) 18:22 [5] 5.0 km (3:40 / km) +50m 3:30 / km

New PB at the Killerton parkrun. Felt really strong the whole way around but then in the last field lost so much time due to the ground being unbelievably wet. I found myself running side to side on the run in trying to find what little grip was there. Hopefully next time I should be able to build on my time if there are better conditions.

Felt strong on the first section of the course the tiered out half way round loosing a position but managed to regain strength in the last section. Annoyed I didn't keep on running an extra 90m so that I ran a new 5k pb.

Went for a steady run due to east Devon xc tomorrow. Standard loop up and along east hill with a fun 3min long 20% climb.

Had fun orienteering round Edinburgh with Ali this morning.
