Walked part of the Dalwood 3 hills race looking forward to running it next weekend. Hopefully can do a short run tomorrow evening after traveling up to Scotland.

Took off my HRM just wanted to run off feel keeping gentle. Felt a lot better than yesterday but not 100%, starting to get a bit worried about how I'll do at the Dalwood 3 hills race next Sunday.

3k in to the planed 12k I hit the biggest wall I've ever experienced. A mix of dehydration, sick and light headiness force my to take a 5 minutes break before I ran straight back home. This event was brought on by lack off sleep after hours sat at my desk typing a heavy Geography NEA. The hand in was today so hopefully stress levels will have reduced and tomorrow I can run normally again.
