Shit day ruined my training plans and brought motivation to rock bottom. After resolving a lot of the issues managed to get out. First head lamp of the season very nice. Finishing strong again 3:51,49

First proper interval session in training for the cross season. Joined up with the Perry's for extra motivation on a rather brutal session. Worked out a nice loop in a big field which is ideal for cross training has mud, streams, sharp hills as well as long hills and some lovely windy straights. Early days so not too worried about top end speed just keeping the intervals rather long and aerobic driven.
Session: 5×1km (jog rest)
Splits: 3:23,23,28,25,21 *suprised considering how hard the circuit was
