Hitting target pace very comfortably, leg turnover feeling smooth as butter. All continuous apart from at the end of a rep when some guy asked me what the session was. Big confidence boost.

Legs turning over nicely now I'm well removed from any hight gain.

Running (ROAD) 37:55 [4] 9.42 km (4:02 / km) +25m 3:58 / km

Q1 - 2*1K @ 5km pace (3:13) + fartlek

Super siked myself. Legs felt great today, hamstring 100% and the whole time was prepared to stop if I felt any discomfort. This pace was really comfortable so looking promising for sub 16.

Easy
I'm back.
A hamstring strain, beginning last Thursday, took me out for a couple of days but felt recovered enough to run again. To be honest it felt really painful on Saturday so was expecting atleast a week to recover but luckily RICE and some Emelie Forsberg style ibuprofen use got me through it rather sooner. Will hold off going to hard until I'm fully out the woods.

Note
(rest day)

95% recovered, but decided not to run
