We managed to get out the door on time this morning, so that we actually got in the pool by 7.30. Did 100 lengths this morning, felt a bit slow and my technique was poor, so something to work on.

Running warm up/down (Track session) 20:00 [2]

Couple of laps of the track, then some drills, then sprints.
Swam this morning, then had an hour of hockey first period, so I was prety tired, had a sleep in the car on the way to compensate.

Running (Track session) 30:00 [4]

4 * 600m, 200m

I felt prety good tonight, times for the 600s were 1.47, 1.43, 1.44, 1.44

I felt like I was able to push hard on the last 200m of the 600s so I'm prety pleased with this session. And the 200m were quick as well so all good!
