Shortened morning swim. Feeling fine.

Steady off-road raz. Up the hill behind school, then into the woods and down some trails. Felt fine, keeping things at a decent but still comfortable speed which was nice and I actually felt quite good on the climb as well. Some rest now before JEC, can't wait!

Jog to the start of the climb and a few drills. Not pushing hard so no need for a proper warm up.
