Woke up feeling quite rough, think this cold which is going around has caught up. Lungs feel fine though just a bit bunged up in the head. Ate a lemon and an orange, hopefully that'll help.

Jogged round with Nathan. Taking it very easy,didn't want to go to hard like at EYOC, just getting a feel for it. Area was quite nice and navigating was good.

Steady off-road raz. Up the hill behind school, then into the woods and down some trails. Felt fine, keeping things at a decent but still comfortable speed which was nice and I actually felt quite good on the climb as well. Some rest now before JEC, can't wait!
