Messed this week up a bit, wanted a long run today, thought it was doable post travels but should have realised this wouldn't be the case. However got out for something at least, with Grace, sticking to the 'friends, lights, pavements' holy trinity to stay human smuggled free. Felt fine, ready to find out what JWOC 2020 has in store.

2nd to Hamish Hickey by 21s, I'll take that. Legs felt a bit terrible but ground it out and I suppose it was fairly fun... think that's the end of my brief hill running season though :( Time for another cheeky little O season :)

3 Seat laps with Felix and Eddie (Maxs' replacement in our summer training group ;) All very good fun in some excellent weather. Even managed to avoid the dreaded headwind most the time by drafting some phat buses. A nice days work. Time to relax for the rest of the day :)

Conditions pretty nice out today and had Dan as well as Max for company. Rolling along at a pretty ok pace, with Dan and Max for all but the last rep, feeling good doing it as well. Paces all around 3.25 which is pleasing to see, hopefully by the end of KF I can run 3.20s avg but I guess we'll see. Good days work.
