A late job after a day planting up some inheritance with the father. Giro once again making this much easier, very sweaty afterwards and some very suspect smells.

Fixed most of the road bike. New rear wheel, cassette (so I actually have some easy gears for the hills now), and brake pads. Bottom bracket is wobbling so that needs replaced at some point, a job for another day me thinks. Lovely to train outside again :0

Starting my transition to Ski-O athlete haha. Rollerski on the Thirlmere road with big Herbie, I thought he was gonna teach me but as it turned out he was as shit as I was ;) we got into at the end tho. Might try the Keswick railway with the nice tarmac, get some speed on the go. Having said that the one bit of downhill there was I crashed pretty much instantly, luckily I've muchos bunda to cushion my fall.
Good fun, would be nice to get to the point where I could consider it proper aerobic exercise, which it basically was nearer the end.
