Finishing all the small things on my thesis all day, with the most entertaining being translating my abstract to norwegian lol. Deadline tomorrow, timed to perfection. In my 2 years in Trondheim I think today is the first day I've had to drop training for Uni shiz. Will take that.

Trondheim Open Middle WRE. +3.29 on Sander. A very average performance. 2*30s mistakes, first a miss and second a routechoice. Legs feeling okay but rest of the body is a bit cooked, and had some stomach problems in the second half (straight to the toilets after...) Need to deliver this masters thesis and get some proper sleep in again.

4*2km Oints in Estenstad. In the jungle section so this ended up being 4*~20mins, yikes, my own fault for planning such a disgusting course. Anways good training, I felt okay but ended up not pushing so hard since it was a long old way. Tekkers a little meh, always so hard to get a nice flow in Estendstad.

1 ponirunden lap. Was a bit heavy legged to start but got moving nicely. Stuck some strides in the middle which probably helped.

Jog around Estenstad. Did originaly want to run a bit shorter but then was met by millions of kids out on a school trip, so I decided to run a different (and longer) way home. Oh well good training. Felt fine.

5*mile on the track. First thresh of the day so ran controlled at 3.30s. Felt easy and HR pretty low. Good stuff.

15*90s steep hill with a jog back down in ~75s. Worked my way nicely up to threshold, felt pretty easy for the majority but legs definitely getting tired at the end. Good Hungary prep, tried to run the downs at an acceptable speed as well. Think I got the eating right today, no pooping issues (although this was probably just luck) but more importantly no energy issues during the session, only went a bit empty on the way home.
