KM Middle. Yea that went about as expected, I couldn't run in the terrain and had no clue how to orienteer properly (fast) here either. Anyways gotta start somewhere.

Jog around the forest trailz from Ralphs flat. Moved into said flat today (whilst I sort something out with Tilla), gonna be a fun summer :) Looking forward to learning how to orienteer in this terrain!

5*mile on the track. First thresh of the day so just ran at 3.30s. Stomach gaslighting me to the max this morning, managed a good poop upon getting up then felt it come on again on the WU, but then held out until back in CC. Reps pretty g, HR mega low, probably still waking up.
