Easy ride in the cold wind. Felt ok. Definitely need to get back to taking my glucosamine.

Why would anyone ever stop working out! It hurts too much when you start back. Lol. Definitely stiff today.

3 mile run before the bike and 2 after. Crystals aunt came to visit and needed 10 miles for her marathon training . She runs a very moderate pace so it didn't hurt too bad.

A little riding to break up running. Felt good.
