Note

Really wanted to ride but had necessary repairs to make on barn before spring break. Spent almost four hours on roof wrestling tin and up/down the ladder.

Approx. 8 miles on stationary bike, did a fitness test that required a cadence of 60 but wanted your hr above 120, had to set the resistance on 13. Also ran a mile on the treadmill @ 11min pace, followed up with crunches and leg lifts.
