Note

I am running. So bad! Felt really ill and lightheaded today after- just like allot of the time. My motivation has also been low for me, which is a problem I'm not used too...

Il rest up for a bit and try again when I feel better as there's no point flogging a dead horse.

Same as the other day but I was ahead of time so extended it through the village at the end. Up to 10k route to the bridge (3k) and back

Garscube, kelvinside gardens, botanics, and back via dawshome/Anniesland. Few mins jogging at the end waiting for dad to get out the gym.

Note

Had basically a week off after 3 races in a row. Need to do more long runs as I'm not doing well in xc compared to training. Think Ill always be quicker on roads! Some orienteer I am!
