2.3 mile warmup, stretch, and buildups. Workout was 4x 1200m, around the baseball and softball fields. 4:45, 4:49, 4:54, 5:03. I died pretty hard on the last two, which may be partially from starting to get sick. :( We did Johnson and barefoot on the grass for a 2 mile cooldown.
