Basketball = fun
Two large blisters on the bottoms of my feet = not fun

Pyramid core (it's been a while since I've done this but I'm much better at the push-up part now!)
3x 10x15lbs bicep curls
3x 30x15lbs calf raises
3x 10x12.5lbs dumbbell flys
3x 10x20lbs tricep extensions
3x 10x12.5lbs shoulder press
3x 10x 45 degree backhyperextension

The back exercise is definitely difficult and it hurts towards the last one or two, but my back isn't hurting at other times, which seems to be a good thing. Im going to keep it in my routine for another week or so to make sure if it's helpful or not. Also I found out the name from a sign on the gym wall. "Hyperextension" doesn't sound good, but like I said, I think it's helping.
