Week plan:
Mon -- strength in am, running in pm
Tue -- agility in am, ski (conditions?) in pm
Wed -- strength in am, run in pm
Thu -- agility in am, run in pm
Fri -- strength in am, run in pm,
Sat -- ski, agility in pm
Sun -- track race, strength (climbing?) in pm
We'll see how many times I'm able to get myself out of bed early enough to hit the gym before work. This is my ideal situation though.
