Intramural basketball game! I scored and was assisted by my teammate who is equally as bad as me... bang bang bang up the court and then into the basket! It was pretty.

Climbing 1:30:00 [3]

Whew my arms were tired from last time, so this was less than quality climbing. Still fun.
I was there with my cousin Lance, my aunt and uncle, and Siri and my dad. Also saw Alex C. there, so we caught up a little bit. Sounds like he's looking for an adventure buddy, which I am more than happy to help out with!

At the Dedham Rockspot rather than South Boston, and either I was having an off day, or the routes are ranked a little differently here. Fun though!

Note
(sick)

I've held off for so long! If only just a bit longer... But honestly I'm surprised I haven't gotten sick before now.

shoes: Blue Asics Gel-Excite 4

Running race 27:18 [5] 6.0 km (4:33 / km)

Felt bad from the get-go, like I was working hard but unable to move anywhere. I expected to be a lot slower, but it was a fast course. Very cold. About 28F. This season has been a bust for me. It's been really rough with classes and other activities this semester. I cannot wait until the spring where I get a bit of a breather. I'm ready to focus on training again. Half marathon is next Sunday, but I'm just treating it as a long run. I'm not at the point where racing it is going to happen. After that, it depends on how I'm doing but either keep running when I can or try do some more climbing. We'll see.

Wednesday Nov 8, 2017 #

Running 44:22 [3] 5.35 mi (8:18 / mi)
shoes: Blue Asics Gel-Excite 4

Museum of Science/Longfellow Bridge. I forgot how to run properly at one point, so fell and tore up my hand a little bit. Not too bad, nothing that can't be fixed by a little neosporin and bandaid. It finally was cold today and it was somewhat unpleasant because even with my winter coat I was frozen all day.

Tuesday Nov 7, 2017 #

Other (Flag football) 1:00:00 [3]

Intramural flag football game that the other team didn't show for. Played ourselves until the next game started.

Running 22:25 [2] 2.44 mi (9:11 / mi)
shoes: Blue Asics Gel-Excite 4

So much for consistent training? Somewhat. The past couple days were really rough for me, mental/emotional health wise. Yuck. On the upside, I do have my co-op figured out, so that's one less thing I have to worry about!
