Warmup for the game. Missing the team warmups makes it hard to play so I'm glad I was able to make it.

This did not go well. I made mistakes and was unsure of myself so was going slowly. I guess everyone has those days, but disappointing that it had to be the last WIOL meet.

Missed warmups and the start of the game. We lost 3-0, but didn't actually play poorly, the other team just got lucky. On another day we could have won.

Good practice, we had intensity yet still laughed and had fun.

2 full field sprints with three other teammates after practice.

With a couple girls after the sprints. Russian twists, bicycles, mountain climbers, plank, penguin.

Easy run with Siri on Cougar Mountain, taking Shy Bear home from 900. The first 1.5 miles are uphill, and we started out too fast for Siri which meant numerous stretch breaks and stints of walking. We saw the distance team out running too.

Riding my mountain bike on the roads/sidewalks (weird, I know) with my family. We went around Vancouver on the seaside trail. Vancouver is so pretty!
