Running tempo 1:10:14 [5] 8.2 mi (8:34 / mi)
shoes: Asics: Gel-Equation 7

1.8 mile warmup, 2.4 mile cool down. Running at the hottest time of day :/ It was a pretty good workout though. We did 5, 4, 3, 4, 5, at Maple Hills park. I died 2:30 into the last 5 minutes, but looking at my avg pace for that lap, I was about the same as my others, so the twins must have been going very speedily for the last interval.

Abbreviated Lake Kathleen. One new freshman boy came to practice and managed to stay pretty close to the varsity guys, although far enough away that Carlyn and I had to keep him from making wrong turns.
