One-way street o! Fun but getting kinda long after my run over to the training. Some takeaways: 1. don't assume you know what you're doing just because you read ahead a while ago, make sure to look at the map again when you're closer to that leg. 2. Pay super close attention when you know you're close to your turn because when you're dealing with one-way streets it's often not fun to go past your turn.

This was supposed to be a slow long run, but a friend ran with me and he kept us at a decent pace. It felt really really good to get out again after a stressful work-filled weekend. Over the weekend, other than the time I spent sleeping and eating, my time was focused on work. I had to drop out of a race Sunday because it was in New York and I would have been gone for the whole day :(
