Running race 27:18 [5] 6.0 km (4:33 / km)

Felt bad from the get-go, like I was working hard but unable to move anywhere. I expected to be a lot slower, but it was a fast course. Very cold. About 28F. This season has been a bust for me. It's been really rough with classes and other activities this semester. I cannot wait until the spring where I get a bit of a breather. I'm ready to focus on training again. Half marathon is next Sunday, but I'm just treating it as a long run. I'm not at the point where racing it is going to happen. After that, it depends on how I'm doing but either keep running when I can or try do some more climbing. We'll see.

Museum of Science/Longfellow Bridge. I forgot how to run properly at one point, so fell and tore up my hand a little bit. Not too bad, nothing that can't be fixed by a little neosporin and bandaid. It finally was cold today and it was somewhat unpleasant because even with my winter coat I was frozen all day.

Other (Flag football) 1:00:00 [3]

Intramural flag football game that the other team didn't show for. Played ourselves until the next game started.
