From apartment hunting to the climbing gym. Apartment hunting may be all over! We're submitting applications this weekend and hopefully everything goes smoothly. It's a lovely apartment and semi-affordable too.

I had a suspicion that my stove burner was on. Naturally, I placed my entire hand on it to test it out. I was right. It was on.
Thankfully my reaction time was immediate and I put on ice immediately. No blistering, and only minor burns.

Felt pretty sick last night - killer headache and overall just exhausted. I felt better this morning, but got worse throughout the day. Thought about taking the night off, but training > rest and I'm taking vitamins and drinking tea and trying to get good sleep. Slept a lot last night. This felt a little fast for being a bit sick, but I'm glad I got it in.

Late night because 11pm kan jam and a lot going on before that in the evening.
Talked to an engineer who works on renewable energy projects for about 45 minutes which was cool. He had some good advice and thoughts that he was happy to share with me. It seems like many professionals are excited to talk with college students. That's been my experience at least. And it's really good, because I have no idea what I'm doing or where I'm going, so talking with people and hearing their experiences and thoughts is very enlightening and helpful.
