The problem with climbing is that you need to have short nails, and I often forget to cut my nails right before climbing.
I’m going ice climbing this weekend, and I’m super excited for it!

Sometimes I feel like this is helping my flexibility, and sometimes I feel like it isn't at all.

9 F today, which made for the coldest running temps I’ve ever been in. My stomach was freezing and my eyelashes were frozen, although the rest of me stayed relatively warm and I even ended up taking off my gloves at the end. Overall, my body was not having it though, and I was happy to be back inside once done.

Super super slow ski with a group. Groups are better in smaller numbers for this reason.

The plan was for a short, easy run, but this turned into an unintentional tempo. I had a meeting right after practice, so I was going to turn back early, but I don't know my way around enough yet, and I realized I didn't know the way back. So I kept going, but the club was absolutely hauling today, so I was doing everything to just keep people in sight. They ended up losing me, but I found myself on a road I recognized, so I kept powering back to campus and made it in just enough time. This definitely wasn't what I needed for training today though.
