With Siri, which was great. She was doing some longer faster miles in there, so I started out with her intervals and made it into 3x 0.5mi at 7:00/mi and 6:55/mi pace. Except I went a little faster... splits were 3:28, 3:20, and 3:19. Felt good to get in some serious miles with a bit of faster stuff in there, and to have a buddy!

Last week was crazy busy for me, so training fell through the cracks. This week will be better, although I also got sick (thanks Siri) this weekend and still have some lingering cold symptoms to fight off
