First couple miles felt AWFUL. My body was just weirdly tired. Last couple felt okay though.

Interviewed this morning for a job this summer as a wildland fire EMT, and I think it went well! Fingers crossed!

2x 1mi on the track. Wasn’t really sure what I was going for, but the tentative plan was 3x 1mi at 7:20, 7:00, 6:40. I took it out on the first one much too fast, then decided to just match my time for the second one and call it good. Pacing went much better for the second one. R calf was feeling fine after yesterday’s run, but I felt it a bit in the cool down back home today.
