Lewis and Clark caverns state park with Siri. I haven’t been through the Jefferson river valley before, and man is it beautiful! Great place for a run, too. Unfortunately we were a little tight on time to get back and showered before the airport, so we couldn’t do a bigger loop (probably another 2 ish miles). definitely another time though, since it was a cool place.

Lol I don’t think my heart rate goes up to 209 but I WAS working hard. Wasatch trail running series #5 at Dimple Dell (my second race of this season). This went SO much better than my last race here! Stomach stayed strong with only a couple minor, short-lived stitches, and this time I didn’t miss the start. Super fun to push hard! Slowly picked off a lot of people in the first lap, and only got passed by one (?) runner in the second lap, although I definitely slowed down.
