Sunset spin, really nice sunset colours. Hadn't fully decided on a ride or a run but thought I'd go for a new route. No cycle lane on the Avenue anymore :( roads in general a bit too busy for my liking. Glad I had my lights. Not ridden down Lee Lane at dusk for quite a while. Back was hurting most of the ride and after.
