Romsey 5
Fourth weekend racing in a row, so felt like my legs were really tired this week. Didn't feel that up for it mid week and was a bit worried how it would go. Had a goal time in mind which I just missed. Happy with my performance though, a good minute improvement on last year and felt like I was running well. Gravel sections do make it a bit slower. Aim was 3:30mins/km which would've been on a 5km PB pace as well. Good support out, my parents down to watch and a few other running friends out. Feeling tired now!

Legs a bit tired after a few weeks of racing, no proper expectation but was hoping for sub 2s. Started pretty well, then James and Francesco were dropping me in the middle reps. Lead the last few with them chasing. Probably my most consistent session ever.
