Southampton parkrun - tempo 15th
36th parkrun, 14 to go!
Unsure how it would feel but wanted to run fast. Just ran on feel, consistent effort and not looking at my watch. Happy to sneak under 19. Cruised in and let everyone else kick. Bit disappointing not to do the xcountry but good to be sensible. Looked a proper course!

Friday Club - big lake little lake
First time doing the little lake! Definitely go well together as a combo. Another good group out and some good running. Legs felt like they wanted to push the pace which was good! Really enjoying it and just wanted to run hard.

Mixed Ability Meet & Greets: 6*~2:30 (60s ish)
First Mixed Ability in over 2.5 years! Basically since training with Southampton AC. Coming off my cold, just wanted an easier run and thought some socialable efforts would be good. Took it fairly steady, with jogging around on the rests. Felt okay, felt a bit tired mid afternoon but don't really know why. Good to get out. Now back onto some consistency
