Vienna long run
Mainly in Prater park, then got the metro back. My furthest ever distance run in a straight line then a fair while spent exploring the woods. Good fun running and felt alright. Quite flat so like the Mur river run, I found the going a bit monotonous at times!

Graz: Up the Schlossbergplatz
Been eyeing up the hill and stairs. After yesterday's very flat run, it was time to test them out and see the views. Felt alright going up, a bit tentative down the road due to some ice. Nice to get out for a run round :)

Graz: Up the Mur
Had intended to do the hill, but kept on thinking I'd run to the next bridge then eventually found myself getting to the edge of town! Nice to have some quiet and easy running after the conference and the busier city. Unsure how good the lighter racing shoes are for normal running! Hard to get layers right in the cold, took off my under t-shirt but got very cold hands.
