Marsaskala loop with the Gang
A bit slower than the other test jogs due to running as a group. But of a shame to not be able to do more, sounded like there are some great places to explore. Lovely sunny morning running with friends

Beginners loop with Tim
Disciplined and to plan, will keep trying to knock out these jogs at an easy pace and not get carried away. Good to run with a friend again and have a distraction. I could feel things but I would say it was pain free. Pretty happy with that!
