Quads pretty sore after yesterday. Away from the crowds bar one group who cheered us past.

OSR Brecon Beacons Day 1
Pen Y Fan along ridge, down to a reservoir then back up to Corn Du. Flagging by the end of the long ascent. The extension to the shorter loop only added tussocks and mud. Garmin shouting low battery from half way. Actual 37km in 6:15.

Kind of in a group but second half definitely running on my own. Didn't look at my watch mid rep and just ran. Both calves felt very tight, need to work on loosening them up a bit. Not been as the stretching and strengthening recently, so should try to get back into the routine of that. Felt happy at the time with my session, but not feeling super happy now!
