Sticking to paths and grass. Attempt at one of Rachael's loops. Couldn't find the path near the church/new junctions. Some nice parks with one nice building estate! Legs pretty recovered from the Brecon hills now.

Twisted my ankle leaving the wood. Legs still a bit tender from the weekend, calves felt tight and maybe time for my new shoes. Heel is getting a bit worn. Nice evening to get out
