Lee Church then down the Test way a bit
Quite a nice loop, haven't run that much recently. Only averaged 2 runs a week since Cornwall now. My fatigue levels haven't been so bad. Definitely out of the routine a bit, my main focus has been to feel okay for my ML training. Residual fitness should be enough and I just don't want to feel too knackered on it. Hopefully pick up a routine after and into the autumn.
