Cycling long 2:14:26 [3] 53.7 km (2:30 / km)

Out through the Forest, a lap around Bramshaw wood and then out to Sherfield English and back through Romsey

A bit tired the second half but doing okay. Back didn't hurt this week which is good. The hill out of Nomansland is hard work! Kicks around the bend just when you don't want it to!

The last third my finger tips were getting pretty cold. Stopped on Lee Lane and added liner gloves by the end had some mild frost nip which was uncomfortable! Think I should try two long sleeve tops on cold rides.

Common, sports centre, Lordswood and Greenways
Slightly misjudged the distance so had to walk the last bit in the Greenways home. Had a tightness/pain in my right hip in the afternoon (almost felt like in the joint). Been moving a little faster this week and not feeling too bad.

Seeming to be running a bit quicker this side of Christmas. Feeling okay running and not too bad after. Glutes sore from yesterdays 'strength' work!

Stretching and first day of physio exercises. Legs tired so obviously are a bit weak! Woobly on the sit downs, will use a wall for balance.

Basically full loop of the Common
Post physio with Kim. Feel quite positive that my back and things aren't too bad and that we can improve things. Seems my legs need some strengthening up.

Nice loop up through the Sports Centre and Common
Could feel my shins and lower legs quite a lot which was a bit weird. Wasn't so bad on Wednesday so maybe just a one off.
