Longest Sunday run for a while
Linking up some of Sotons finest Forest trails. Feeling good so continued on a bit. Maybe a bit further than intended. Not feeling too bad later in the day. Cold and rainy but good to get out. Enjoyed it.

Left hamstring and groin has felt tight and twingy, due to the strength work I think. Will take it easy for a bit and try not to stress it out.

Another hills session before tripping on the Greenways!
4 longer reps, 4 shorter reps. A bit slippy halfway up the longer hill and loads of dog walkers getting in the way. Felt pretty good and nice to do some hills again.Tripped on basically nothing and banged my knee! Boo
