Exploring Cheltenham with Nicole in the rain
Started out round the racecourse but the path was a river and Nicole wasn't loving it. Really heavy rain to start with. Making the route up as I went. Managed to link up a few nice areas. Through town, the Honeybourne line, Pittville park etc. Potentially should have done a bit longer to get to 70 mins or so. Was just happy to get to 60 seeing as we could've easily not gone out or given up!

Old shoes need to go in the bin, they did not feel that comfy anymore. Only 650km out of them isn't great. Left calf a bit tight. Legs a bit tired post Tues session.

A return to Tuesday night training. Had hoped to get down last week but my random pain and fatigue had returned (not noted it since February, 6 days with no running and exercise). Hard work tonight but consistent. Running with Jordan, she led the first few reps then Iead the rest. Decided to be sensible and just do the 4 sets. Working hard into the wind on the home straight
