Pittville grass session: 30 mins of 3 mins hard + 3 mins steady
Hard to motivate myself out for that. Busy morning supporting the Bourton on the Water 10km. Power nap then used this morning's great running for inspiration. Around half of parkrun summer loop with a couple of inclines. 4 mins/km on the efforts and 4:20-5s mins/km on the steady. Felt quite done at the end but happy with that.

Socialable catch up one and then back with Claire for breakfast. Quite a nice morning. Cheltenham parkrun still too busy!

Lap of the racecourse with the bag
1kg of water and race kit so approximately the right amount of weight. Legs feeling a little tired. Hadn't made a plan so a little slow getting out. Last couple of days a bit different to what there was planned.

Shortened long with the Thurs night group
Swapped the days around to be a bit more socialable. Not feeling fast on the roads towards the end. Still picking up some new paths. Difficult morning so it was quite nice to get out

Easy jog around Swindon village. Potentially the last time!
Ran out of time so wasn't able to do the 40 minutes planned and decided against running with the pack. Feeling alright. Getting a run in pre Bishop's Cleeve MapRun planned by me

Warm up, 20 mins steady state, 4*10s hills, cool down
Expected to feel more tired post long run. Felt pretty in control on the steady state effort. Tried to pretend I was a sprinter on the hill reps.
