From Blatherwyke to King's Cliffe across the fields. I could feel more foot a bit more today but I wouldn't say painful. Very sunny and scenic.

Rutland Water parkrun with the bride!
Running with Hannah, Nicole, Emma (sister) and another new friend Callum. Out and back aling the reservoir edge and dam. Chilly and into the wind heading out. Then should've left straight after as we did not give ourselves enough time to get ready!

Note

Saw the Podiatrist at Supafoot about my right foot. Slightly concerned that I had given myself a stress fracture with all the training and the new shoes. She thought it was a stress to the joint between the second metatarsal and to treat it like an injury but that it would be okay. She thought the lack of drop would be causing stress in the foot. She added some slight heel raises to the Ronhill Reverences to see if that would help. Also need to keep on top of some of the callus build up.

Half hill leg tester
Legs a bit fatigued still. Niggles not too bad. Could feel my right foot but not painful. A little worse after perhaps. Woke up Friday morning feeling pretty shattered all over! Not sure if that means gym was too much or still very tired from Lakes!
