Jog to the gym and longer back including 4 strides
Shoes don't feel so good running longer in them. Don't feel uncomfortable heel striking

Warm up: 3 sets of 8 8kg goblet squats, 5 especially downward dog to world greatest + 2x1 mins echobike
Strength: 3 sets of 10 front lunges + 60s low plank (60s)
Accessory: 3 sets of 10 bench press 20 22.5 25 + 10es SL EDl 12.5kg (60s)
Bands: walks 2 sets of 2 monster walk and 2 side to sides.

As I'd been struggling for motivation, thought I would see if anyone wanted to join me. Would've likely done 45-60 mins solo but probably slower! Ticking over the miles and feeling okay enough.

Strength: 4 sets of 5 deadlifts 57.5 60 62.5 65 + 30 dead bugs (90s with calf stretching)
Accessory: 3 sets of 10*8kg bicep curl + 10*8kg shoulder press (90s bent leg calf stretch)
Accessory: 3 sets of 8 8kg DB box step ups+ 30 8kg seated twists (60s SL balance)

5 Leckhampton hill reps (to Trig on the last)
Mentally being feeling a bit stressed and anxious the last couple of days. Good to bump into two other guys also doing the same reps and to run with one of them Rich for two reps.
