Not a great run. I was still tired from last night and could not fall back asleep once I was up. Really had to force myself to go for the run. Hopefully long run will be better.

Amazing run today with Tree Dom, and Zimmer! kept up with the guys no problem and they help push my pace faster than normal. Best hour run yet!

Tough morning... got up and was not feeling a workout in me. Did not get near enough sleep last night which is probably the reason why. The running A's and deep water run were probably the best part of the workout. Pushed harder on the 60s and 30s for running A's and kept hands in the air during deep water run. Up in the field house, I think I went more through the motions as I was not in the right frame of mind.

Tough time today. Have not been getting enough sleep and has been effecting my running. The last 15min felt a little better but my legs still felt pretty heavy throughout the workout.

This was a tough workout. Was really sore from rely for life last night in my hip flexors. Ran at the hospital trails and the legs just felt like jello. a below average workout for sure.
