Tough morning... got up and was not feeling a workout in me. Did not get near enough sleep last night which is probably the reason why. The running A's and deep water run were probably the best part of the workout. Pushed harder on the 60s and 30s for running A's and kept hands in the air during deep water run. Up in the field house, I think I went more through the motions as I was not in the right frame of mind.
