easy evening run. Foot felt a lot better. used ice cubes to ice it afterwards.

Went to the gym as a study break and stayed on the bike to get some cross training into my routine. Completed strides afterwards and iced later on in the day.

Pretty good workout today. Went out at a steady pace on the burwood/belrose loop. This is took Derek 1:15 but it took me a little shorter when i cut through the hospital because of my foot. I was starting to bother me so I finished the last 15 on elliptical.

Great run with Derek! May have pushed the pace a bit to fast because I do not think I could have kept that for an hour. But felt like I was at tempo for 90% of the time.

It was an average run. Kept a really good pace but struggled with it. I was probably sore from yesterday. Right knee was bothering me during the lunges. Did some extra stretching and rolling for it.
